Day Four – Monday
Saw Big Ben, Westminster, Houses of Parliament House, National gallery, all with some snow falling. Quite magical. Went to Les Mis that night. Feeling tired but a real buzz being out in West End. The show was fantastic.
Day Five – Tuesday (otherwise known as the day of snow or the day of chaos)
Eurostar is cancelled. Spent most of the day in a freezing cafe at St Pancreas. Thousands of people trying to find alternative travel to snowed in Paris. Had to stay another night in London Leon to the rescue. Thanks Leon pretty up market accom. Stayed in an apartment close to Buckingham Palace and Green Park. Bahama Embassy across the road.
Day Six – Wednesday
back to St Pancreas. We are all up at 4am and then on to do battle to get on the train. Apparently only people with tickets for travel that day were getting on. I spotted a rather large security person head honcho and started the story no accommodation two small children etc and then he was onto it. Basically the kids got us to paris. Ended up giving him a huge hug as he managed to get us on the 7am service. Simply amazing. Everyone was super helpful in London. As you said Rob kids help.
Lots of snow in France a bit slower trip but we are in mushy snow covered Paris. Kate, Laura and Sam have braved the conditions and ventured out. Bring on our next adventure. France.
Love Clara, Kate, Amy and the girls

What bad luck striking a snowstorm but you’llhave fond memories of your Mayfair night. Dan hit on a superb utube tour of Paris…..globetrotter alpha paris.
Enjoy.
Pleased that Ella and Abby saved the day, my apology if I have spelt Abby incorrectly.
Saturday morning 9.30 here so hopefully you are all asleep.
Have to do a few shopping jobs so will get going before the crowds build up. First have to check the hot water….a lukewarm shower last night.
Keep safe and well .
Love . Trish
